This trick is the coolest and works definitely as of today october 18th , lets see when megaupload is gonna remove this trick . But its working currently , so enjoy ! Here is the trick : -
If the download link is , say :
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=85GT7Z2W
Just add mgr_dl.php after the .com/ so the new link becomes :
http://www.megaupload.com/mgr_dl.php?d=85GT7Z2W
